Terms and Conditions - Accommodation
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Zagreb-Kamp d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as Camp, markets and sells Accommodation Services according to the published information, description, schedule and valid price list, and in accordance with the confirmed reservation/concluded contract, in its own name and for its own account. An agency or a tour operator can appear as the customer of the service for the end user, and the provisions of the general terms and conditions apply to them as intermediaries. By sending a reservation inquiry, you confirm that you are in agreement with the General Terms and Conditions of Camp, and the same becomes a legal obligation. When providing services, Camp applies the rules prescribed by house rules, hotel and hospitality regulations, and in accordance with the valid positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
- A valid credit card or payment to the account of Camp are required as a guarantee for your reservation.
- Check-in at the facility is possible after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-out from the facility is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Later check-out is possible only by request and at extra cost.
- If you want to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Reservation Cancellation Terms.
SERVICE PRICES
The valid price of the service is specified in the offer obtained through the email. Contracted services cannot be combined with other promotional offers or packages, unless otherwise agreed. In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved services, regular prices will be charged. Refunds are not possible for unused services. All types of special services that are not included in the price are paid for by the guest and must be ordered when making the reservation or upon request on the spot. All the prices listed include VAT.
CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT
The accommodation facilities and services offered are described according to the official categorization of the Republic of Croatia. Camp does not assume responsibility for mount-to-mouth or written information that is not in accordance with the description of the services and the facility itself in the published programs, and which was obtained by a third party. Camp is not responsible in case of incorrect data provided by business partners.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in the facility is not possible before 3 p.m. on the day the service begins, and it must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day the service ends. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be announced in advance, otherwise Camp does not guarantee the possibility of performing the service, unless otherwise indicated. All persons in the accomodation unit must be checked in. Guest will be charged for all the damage in the accomodation unit in the amount of the damage. Pets are allowed in some accomodation units, only on request and at extra cost. Smoking is strongly prohibited in all accomodation units.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE GUEST
Guest can cancel the reservatio up to 7 days before the arrival date free of charge. If Guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, Camp retains 100% of prepayment amount, no matter what the reason of the cancellation is.
COMPLAINTS
The guest has the right to complain due to unfulfilled contracted service or dissatisfaction. The guest is obliged to submit a written complaint to Camp within 8 days of the end of the stay. Objections filed after the expiration of the 8-day period will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the interest of the guest to act in good faith and express his will to resolve the complaint during the trip, and send his written complaint to the service provider on the spot or via e-mail info@campzagreb.com and request a written confirmation from the service provider that he has received the complaint. Each guest – contract holder submits a complaint separately. Camp will not consider group complaints. Camp is obliged to issue a written solution to the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint, in the manner in which the complaint was received (by email, mail or personal delivery, which will be answered by a written shipment with a return receipt). Camp will handle only those complaints for which the guest provides proof that he sent a written complaint to the service provider on the spot and that the cause could not be eliminated on the spot. If, due to Camp fault, part of the services were not fulfilled, the guest has the right to compensation in the amount of the actual value of the unused services and cannot cover already used services as well as the entire amount of the reservation. In the event of a dispute related to the contract on online sales and online services, the consumer can file a complaint, or initiate a procedure for online dispute resolution through the online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Until the Camp decides on the guest’s complaint, the guest renounces mediation by any other person, judicial institution or providing information to the media.
Camp is not liable for any theft or loss of valuables that are not stored in a safe deposit box. Local police authoroties are to be contacted in case of theft or burglery.
ORDERING
The customer orders accommodation services via e-mail, message or telephone. Any person who orders at least one service, i.e. makes a reservation, fills in the required information and confirms the offer/reservation is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in EURO
PAYMENT
The ordered products or services are paid for online by card, to the transaction account specified in the offer or on the spot in cash. For payment by credit cards, it is possible to use the following cards: Mastercard, Maestro and Visa credit or debit cards.

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
OTHER
Camp reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will be applied to the use of www.campzagreb.com pages. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. The services provided by the www.campzagreb.com website do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. Camp is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise. Although Camp strives to provide you with the best possible service offer, Camp cannot guarantee that the services on www.campzagreb.com will meet your needs. Camp also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it to our contact phone number or e-mail info@campzagreb.com so that we can correct it as quickly as possible. We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.
